We work with USA-sourced hardwoods and Michigan-forged metalwork, blending traditional woodworking with modern techniques to create furniture built for daily living and generational longevity. Why Most Furniture Doesn't Last
Most furniture that is mass produced or sold online is made from particle board and MDF, designed to look good for a few years, not a lifetime. What’s inside your furniture matters more than how it appears on the outside.
These materials are created from compressed wood fibers and adhesives, which makes them inexpensive to manufacture but far less durable over time. They can’t be refinished, repaired easily, or withstand years of everyday use the way solid hardwood can.
