Natural Wood Variations

All our furniture is handcrafted from natural materials and may display slight variations in color, grain, or small cracks due to natural wood movement. These are not defects, but part of each piece’s unique character.

• We hand-select all lumber and may fill knots or voids with epoxy at our discretion to preserve strength and beauty.
• Due to natural texture and grain differences, your product will not appear exactly as pictured online.
• Maintain indoor humidity between 40–60% and avoid excessive heat, dryness, or sunlight to minimize movement.
• Each dining table includes Domino tenon joinery and custom fabricated metal C-channels to add stability and prevent warping.
• All furniture is finished with a durable matte natural finish that enhances the wood’s natural grain.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handcrafted and custom made to your order:

• All sales are final. We cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
• Slight color, grain, or texture differences from photos are expected due to the natural qualities of wood.
• If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issue, please contact us immediately as we strive for excellence in customer service.

Changes, Cancellations, or Delays

Once production begins, design changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional costs.  Delays caused by weather, materials, or third-party carriers are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of agreement.

By placing your order, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these and all other Terms & Conditions available for review, understand the handcrafted nature of our work, and acknowledge that all sales are final.
