From local delivery and installation throughout Michigan to carefully coordinated shipping across the continental United States, we take the same pride in delivering your furniture as we do building it—so it arrives safely, securely, and ready for years of use.

Local Delivery & Installation

If you're located in Michigan or Northern Ohio, we'll personally deliver your furniture.

This allows us to:

• Carefully transport your furniture ourselves
• Bring it directly into your home or business
• Assemble and install the piece (when applicable)
• Make sure everything is exactly as it should be before we leave

Many of our local clients appreciate the opportunity to meet us in person if they didn't get to do so during the design phase, as well as see their project installed by the people who built it.

Nationwide Shipping

Not local? No problem.

We proudly ship custom furniture throughout the continental United States using carefully selected private freight carriers that specialize in transporting high-value furniture.

Every shipment is professionally packaged to protect your investment throughout its journey.

Depending on the project, your furniture may arrive:

• Fully assembled
• Partially assembled
• Ready for simple final assembly

If assembly is required, we'll include all necessary hardware along with easy-to-follow instructions.

White Glove Delivery

For customers who prefer a completely hands-off experience, White Glove Delivery may be available for an additional fee.

This service typically includes:

• Delivery inside your home or business
• Placement in the room of your choice
• Assembly (when applicable)
• Removal of packaging materials

Availability varies by location. 

Packaging

Every piece is packaged specifically for its size and design to ensure it arrives safely.

We use protective wrapping, reinforced packaging, and custom crating whenever necessary to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Receiving Your Furniture

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery.

If you notice any shipping damage or workmanship concerns, notify us as soon as possible. We stand behind everything we build and will work quickly to make it right.
