At Cap's Artistry, every piece is built to last a lifetime. We want the delivery experience to reflect the same care and quality as the furniture itself. Here’s what you can expect when it comes to shipping and delivery of your custom order.
Local Delivery (Michigan + Northern Ohio)
- Applies to our Custom Made Furniture and all other deliveries within 100 miles of our location. Must be selected at time of checkout for any Available Now items.
- We personally deliver most projects within Michigan and Northern Ohio.
- Our team handles your furniture with care—set up and installation will vary based on project requirements.
Nationwide Shipping (Continental U.S.)
- FREE Shipping: Available for all Build Your Own Dining Tables. All pieces are carefully wrapped and shipped via trusted transportation carriers. Delivery made outside of home under the first dry location where available.
- White-Glove Service: In select areas, we can arrange white-glove delivery, where a professional team brings the piece inside and removes the packaging. This option can be selected during the check out process if desired.
- Smaller Items (Shelves, Mantels, etc.): FREE shipping via UPS with tracking.
Current Lead Times
- Custom Made Furniture: 60-90 days upon receipt of 50% deposit.
- Build Your Own Dining Tables: Ships within 6-12 weeks upon receipt of order.
- Floating Shelves: Ships within 2-4 weeks upon receipt of order.
Damage & Claims
- Inspect your shipment at delivery. Contact us directly within 48 hours with photos, and we will work to create a resolution together.
