The Hudson | Rustic Hardwood Cherry Coffee Table

A Coffee Table Built to Be Lived Around.

The Hudson is designed for the center of the room—the place where coffee gets set down, feet go up, conversations happen, and everyday life unfolds.

Handcrafted from solid American Cherry in our Howell, Michigan workshop, this table embraces the natural grain, color variation, and character that make real hardwood unmistakable. Cherry brings a naturally warm appearance to the room and gradually develops deeper, richer tones as it's exposed to light over time.

A lower solid-wood shelf adds useful space for books, baskets, blankets, or everyday essentials, while the black powder-coated steel base gives the table a clean contrast and substantial feel.

No veneer. No manufactured wood. Just solid hardwood and American steel, built into a piece meant to stay in your home for years.

Design-Ready, Without the Custom Furniture Process

The Hudson gives you the construction and materials of our custom furniture without starting a design from scratch.

We've already worked through the proportions, materials, and overall design. Simply place your order and we'll build yours in our Michigan shop.

Production time: Approximately 6–12 weeks before shipping.

Built for Real Life

A coffee table shouldn't need to be treated like a museum piece. We finish The Hudson with a durable protective finish designed to showcase the natural wood while standing up to everyday use.

Its lower shelf provides additional storage without adding bulky cabinetry, while the steel base gives the solid hardwood top the support it needs for years of use.

Our Guarantee

Your table should arrive exactly as it should. If it arrives damaged or you experience a workmanship issue, we'll make it right through repair, replacement, or refund.

Made by Us, Not a Factory

Cap's Artistry is a family-owned furniture shop in Howell, Michigan. The same hands that build our custom dining tables, conference tables, and commercial furniture build every design-ready coffee table we ship.

Real Cherry naturally varies in grain, color, and character. It will also deepen in color with exposure to light over time. Your Hudson won't be an identical copy of the table pictured—and that's part of owning furniture made from real hardwood.
